Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 


 

14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union

 

If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As before, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take some time to process and post the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us.
