1. DELIVERY AREA
We deliver throughout mainland Spain. Deliveries are not available to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding national and local holidays).
- Estimated delivery within 24–48 hours, depending on destination and carrier. For orders exceeding 30 units, delivery time may be extended up to 72 business hours.
- For bulky or customized products, delivery times may be longer, and customers will be informed prior to order confirmation.
3. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination. Orders exceeding the minimum amount indicated on the website may qualify for free shipping.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to check delivery status in real time.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery or leave instructions for pickup. In case of delay or incident, please contact our customer service team at clients@voucler.com and include your order number.
6. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange for replacement or return processing.
