Care

Proper Mattress Use

Our mattresses are designed exclusively for human rest in a fully horizontal position.
Improper use may compromise durability and void the warranty.

Upon Receipt

Carefully remove the packaging (avoid using a box cutter).
Allow the mattress to rest in a horizontal position for 24 to 72 hours so it can fully regain its original shape and volume.
Do not accept products with visibly damaged packaging.

During the First Few Days

You may notice a slight smell, typical of new high-density materials. It will gradually fade within 7 to 10 days.

Variations such as:

Slight colour or measurement differences (±10 mm)
Minimal height loss (up to 10%)

These are completely normal and do not affect comfort.

General Recommendations

Air out the mattress regularly.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or intense heat sources.
Use a ventilated base; if slatted, gaps should not exceed 45 mm.
For models wider than 120 cm, install an additional central support.
Rotate the mattress monthly from head to foot.
Clean using a vacuum cleaner or low-moisture dry products.
We recommend using a mattress protector and a topper.

Improper Use (Prohibitions)

To preserve the integrity of the product and maintain your warranty coverage, avoid:

Folding, rolling, or using the mattress on flexible, damaged, or unsuitable bases.
Jumping, sitting, or using it as a seat, sofa, or auxiliary furniture.
Washing, ironing, or applying harsh chemical products.
Repairing, opening, or modifying any part without VOUCLER’s authorisation.

Failure to follow these guidelines will immediately void the warranty.
